The Challenge
The MIZ represents a 27,000-acre innovation ecosystem backed by Hillwood and founded by Ross Perot, Jr.—a brand operating at the intersection of infrastructure, aviation, logistics, and policy. The website needed to communicate scale, credibility, and technical sophistication while organizing diverse verticals, team leadership, and ongoing thought leadership content in a structured and maintainable way.

- Led front-end implementation and theme architecture
- Built modular ACF-driven templates for scalable content management
